Open Lab is for those that need help on a skill building. If you’ve completed beginning handbuilding or wheel and need some refreshers, this class is for you! If you’ve found a really cool project on Pinterest, but don’t know how to go about it, this class is for you!
There are no preassigned projects. This lab is intended to provide help and skill building. The number of wheel projects is limited to 4, so if you plan on attending with a project on the wheel please text Debbie Wenz at 813-523-1483 to ensure there is a wheel spot open.
Instructor
I have been playing in the mud for 28+ years! I love seeing all the wonderful and creative things that are available to make with clay and I like to share what I know with others so they get the clay bug as well! I first started with clay in Park City, Utah at a wonderful studio on Main Street and have since been taking various workshops and classes to increase my skills and knowledge with clay. I love hand building as well as throwing on the wheel and like how the two techniques can integrate together!
